 We continue to see teenagers struggling with social media pressure, stemming from constant comparison, self-scrutiny, and the illusion of perfect lives online, leading to anxiety and low self-esteem; coping involves taking control by curating your feed (unfollowing negative accounts), setting strict time limits (turning off notifications, screen-free times), practicing mindfulness, and focusing on real-life connections and activities.
