Down Syndrome Ireland Strategy Development 2026-2031
12 January 2026
Join us for workshops across the country in January, as Down Syndrome Ireland works on its Strategic Plan for 2026-2031. The sessions will provide members, families and other stakeholders the opportunity to share their views on what matters most, and help shape the future of Down Syndrome Ireland. We will be hosting in five locations across the country; in Waterford, Limerick, Cork, Dublin and Carrick on Shannon at the end of the month. There will two sessions in each location, at 2.30pm and 7pm.
Each consultation will follow the same structured approach:
- A short presentation setting out the current DSI landscape and key challenges and opportunities
- Attendees will then break into four mixed stakeholder groups
- Each group will be supported by a facilitator and note-taker
- Discussions will be carefully guided and recorded, with insights feeding directly into the development of the final strategy document
Your attendance would be hugely appreciated and will help shape the future of DSI.
